Parking and facilities

One Market Lane offers exceptional amenity for residents.

Secure car parking is provided for all apartments with pedestrian access via the car park lift area.

One car park  is available for each two-bedroom apartment and two car parks are available for each three-bedroom apartment.  

A car-wash facility is located at ground level. Water and power are provided, together with an integrated drainage system.

Bike storage is available within stand-alone storage lockers and car park spaces.

Each apartment will be allocated a secure storage area or locker either within or near the relevant car park space(s) or at ground level.

A range of parking options will be available for visitors including public street parking on Market Lane.
